There are attention points for sleeve reel system as below：
- Film scroll way——must be tail out.
- Under the plenty sleeve reel apply, the film rolls must connect each other.
- When the usage completed is need to stop the machine, and connect another plenty reels set then boot.
This machinery is designed by five structures：
- Structure essence
The frame constructed by stainless steel design. Inner part can accept one vehicle with plenty sleeve reels, sleeve tension set and the electricity control box. Exterior designs by plenty reels drive mechanisms, and links to roller unwind section of sleeve applicator.
- Plenty reels vehicle set
The structure design is divided into two parts：
Essence of reel vehicle is design by stainless steel constructed; moveable design is easy for film replacement.
plenty reel plates set, the main axis is fixed in base of reel vehicle directly, using segmentation method to make film put on the plate essence.
- Film transmission set
Using industrial motor accelerator and reduction device to collocate with electricity control system and signal feedback from sleeve unwind tension, regard as slewing basis in velocity rate of speed, reach to slewing is slow when production velocity is slow, vice versa
- Sleeve unwind tension set
Constructed by using single cantilever design, co-operate with the SENSOR signal feedback, the cantilever is pulled rise higher when machine velocity is more quick, the drive set then turns faster. If the machine breakup, the cantilever will hang down to lowest automatically, then the transmission set will stop.
- Roller unwind set
Constructed design by make film output from reel plate to sleeve applicator, the film will output smoothly to sleeve applicator by designs with different fixed position of mechanisms and roller sets.
- Electricity control system
The system design by using the automatic control and related control of main machine, output through the inverter, control motor and the design of SENSOR induction for feedback.
