XYP Packaging Technology has long been committed to promoting sustainable development and has achieved significant milestones in various areas. First, the company obtained ISO 14001 environmental management system certification in 2012, and passed the ISO 50001 energy management system certification in November 2023. Our environmental management policies include environmental improvement, total employee involvement, continuous improvement, energy saving, waste reduction, and regulatory compliance. Our energy management policies include fulfilling legal obligations, energy use planning, and continuous performance enhancement. The implementation of these certifications and policies demonstrates our commitment to environmental and energy management, as well as our support for sustainable development.
Secondly, we have established policies for greenhouse gas reduction, water conservation, and other waste management, and obtained ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system and ISO 14001 environmental management system certifications in 2012. We conduct regular annual external audits and clearly define environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policy goals and targets to quantify future management objectives. Furthermore, the company successfully passed the ISO 14064-1 international certification standard for greenhouse gas emissions and removals in November 2023, further demonstrating our commitment to climate change and environmental responsibility.
As an automated packaging machinery and printing packaging manufacturing company, XYP Packaging Technology is dedicated to automation as its core, continuously improving production lines and developing energy-saving equipment to meet customer needs. We also provide materials for machine applications and have introduced green technologies into our printing production lines, such as washable inks and recycled film technology. Unlike other companies, ESG is not just a slogan but is integrated into our products, production lines, and corporate culture. We have established RTO systems to reduce air pollution and regularly participate in public welfare activities such as National Ocean Day beach cleanups, donations to orphanages, and local community care.
In terms of governance, we regularly hold education and training sessions and public shareholders' meetings to enhance employee recognition.
