Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction
The Annual Reduction Targets Are as Follows:
- Optimization of Ink and Solvent Usage: By utilizing computer-based ratio allocation, we will adjust the printing process ink and organic solvents to a reasonable range, thereby reducing the amount of waste printing ink. This will lead to a decrease in the annual volume of waste ink disposal and waste ink transportation and treatment.
- Energy Efficiency Management: Through energy usage efficiency monitoring and management, we will gradually replace high-efficiency air compression supply equipment and lighting systems, aiming to reduce annual electricity consumption by 1–3%.
- Replacement of Diesel Steam Boiler: The existing diesel-fueled steam boiler will be replaced with a high-efficiency, environmentally friendly electric steam boiler to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, achieving energy conservation, carbon reduction, and greenhouse gas reduction goals.
- Application for Energy Efficiency Project: We will apply to the Bureau of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs, for the “Printing Exhaust Gas Treatment Technology and Energy Recycling Improvement Project” to enhance resource reuse through energy recycling technology, aiming to achieve energy conservation and carbon reduction benefits.
